You might be seeking therapy at a time when you feel stuck, unsure or overwhelmed. My goal is to help you understand the root of your struggles, to build insight into those struggles and make lasting change. We will accomplish this through collaborative goal planning, using realistic interventions as well as humor to liven up the “therapy room” to keep things feelings authentic and genuine. My style in session tends to be compassionate, collaborative and direct. I am here to both validate and gently challenge you. I believe that each person deserves to live a more balanced, flourishing and full life and that healing is possible! Aligning with My Passion: After completing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Azusa Pacific University, I worked hard towards becoming the type of therapist I wished I had. Throughout my career, I recognized that my field needed more relatable and authentic therapists.
