Jennifer Dasti

I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 6 years of professional work experience. I graduated with my Master’s degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and obtained my LPC (licensed professional counselor). I have enjoyed working in a community setting/non profit so mental health support is accessible and affordable to all. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem/confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I personally enjoy utilizing DBT, person centered, CBT, solution focused, and ACT approaches. Majority of my career has been in the crisis intervention field assisting individuals in getting through some of their lowest moments. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that everyone has unique strengths that make us who we are. I enjoy exploring what makes you your own person and how to incorporate your values to have a more satisfying life. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. My approach is to listen and help you work through whatever is challenging you at this moment. I incorporate humor and acceptance in my therapy style. I look forward to working with you!
