I am a professional counselor in the state of Virginia with 7 years of experience working with teens, adults, and the elderly population! I have worked in a small counseling practice, in-home services services, psychosocial group support, outpatient counseling, grief camp, life coaching, and community mental health! I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, self harm, fear, stress, psychosis, and major life changes. My passion is helping people find hope in knowing the dark days won’t last forever. You are the author of your life and it is my honor to help you put some tools in your toolbox and encourage you as you reach your goals! Life is tough, but so are you! We will journey together as you learn practical coping skills and write your story! I am nonjudgmental, friendly, and will be a support to guide you wherever YOU want to go!
