Throughout my life, I have recognized possibilities in all kinds of situations. My extensive career has focused on helping people realize their own possibilities, through counseling, coaching and training. You are likely seeking counseling at this time because you are having difficulty recognizing and realizing possible solutions to an issue in your life, and I would like to help. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia, with over thirty years of experience in providing counseling and consultation with people in all walks of life to manage stress, anxiety and depression, grief and aging concerns, parenting issues, and personal coaching. For over ten years, I provided counseling and support services for medical students, doctors, and other high-stress healthcare professionals. I warmly welcome people of different ages, races, cultures, spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I believe that you have the capacity to create your own solutions when given the tools, training, and support to do so. To that end, we may choose to incorporate such creative avenues as art, writing, music, humor, and reading, to assist you in finding your answers.
