I have over 25 years of behavioral health experience helping people who have either a mental health or a substance use concern, or both. My style is warm, direct, and caring. I use an eclectic variety of therapy modalities based on an individuals needs. I approach my work from a person centered base and select the therapy tools to best help the individual based on their specific needs. This is done in a space that is respectful, judgement-free, and supportive. My goal is to help people live their best life and find recovery from the behavioral health concerns that are making life challenging.
