I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and I am on your team to support and guide you so that you can finally be living the life you have always wanted. My approach to therapy is to tailor and personalize treatment depending on your own goals and needs. My number one priority is the clinical relationship and meeting individuals where they are. I do this by focusing on using your strengths, to identify healthy coping mechanisms and create strong support systems in order to help you feel empowered to live your best life. I always create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I draw from evidence based practices in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Trauma Informed practices all while using a strength based approach. My belief is that the client is the expert on his or her circumstances and that everyone has the ability to change and take control of their life.
