I am a licensed clinical social worker providing a safe and inviting space for clients to work through a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, break-ups, stress, relationship issues, and struggles with identify and self-esteem. Together we will focus on your natural strengths and interests to help you to cope and feel better. I very much understand the importance of building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship in order for clients to feel comfortable opening up and truly working toward their goals. I received my Master’s in Social Work degree from the University of Denver and have over 14 years of experience providing therapy services and support to individuals of all ages. My background includes work in community mental health, grief and loss centers, private practice, and hospice care. I provide an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client- whether you are looking for traditional talk therapy or creative hands-on ideas for expressing yourself. My goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey and support you in finding the movement and hope needed to feel happy with yourself and your life.
