With extensive experience, I specialize in treating clients dealing with low self-esteem, depression, stress, and anxiety. Over the years, my approach has evolved, and I selectively employ evidence-based techniques that have demonstrated success. Currently, I utilize an eclectic counseling approach, emphasizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I firmly believe that personalized care is essential; there is no one-size-fits-all solution in counseling.
