Hello everyone. I am a Florida based, Licensed Mental Health Therapist with 12 years experience. I am also certified NLP coach. I currently work with issues around depression, anxiety, self image, communication, parenting, relationship, trauma, adjustment and ADHD, to name some areas of practice. My counseling style is nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe once issues are identified, the work can begin to help you find tools to return to your normal or better levels of coping. My preferred approach to therapy is C.B.T. But, I also use Person Centered Therapy and EMDR. If you are wanting to find your way back to former coping levels. I can help to start you on the journey to being the you, you want to become again. It takes courage to begin the journey, but I won’t let you go it alone. I cannot wait to begin working with you!
