My name is Jacob Meddles. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio. I received my master degree in mental health counseling from the University of Cincinnati in 2016. I have 3 years experience working with clients mostly with depression, anxiety, and/or addiction issues. My style of therapy is client centered. You have to live your life not me, so I want to help you make your own decisions not tell you what to do. I will help you set your own goals and try to give you the best tools to help you meet those goals. I will treat you with the respect and dignity that all people deserve no matter your situation. Starting counseling is a big choice and most people can benefit from counseling from time to time. I would love to help you grow and meet your goals.
