I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana with over 20 years of professional work experience. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. I have helped clients work on their depression, stress, anxiety, pregnancy & perinatal issues, coping with loss, career changes, relationship struggles, sexual issues, and adjustment to life’s changes. I believe that all people have challenges in their lives, but I also believe they have the ability to overcome those by maximizing their strengths in a collaborative setting.
