I am a marriage and family counselor, licensed in Texas, with over 30 years of experience helping persons with individual, marriage, family, and parenting issues. I have been married 46 years, and have three grown children and 6 grandkids. I typically use CBT and client-centered counseling techniques. I understand that life can be tough: everyday stress, frustrations, worries, and even relationships that aren’t working, no matter how hard you try. None of us should go through the tough stuff alone. Many people find that therapy can help them find the courage and skills to face challenges head-on, and finally begin to achieve the life they really want and deserve.
