I believe that when you change your thoughts and add the right tools you can heal your life and relationships. I work with people in every stage of life-childhood through adulthood. I specialize in Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, and Relationship Issues. My sessions are interactive, goal-oriented, and outcome-based. I strive to help people overcome their obstacles and reach their full potential. I am not going to allow you to buy into your negative thoughts. We will conquer them together. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), in NJ, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in FL, Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Divorce & Family Mediator, Collaboratively Trained Divorce Coach and the CEO at IE Counseling. As the mother of three young adult children, I bring much “real life” experience to the realm of parenting skills, education, emotional development, and relationships. I can’t believe I am saying this but…I have over 30 years of accomplished work in both the mental health field and the private sector.
