I am licensed in the State of Arizona with 16 years of professional work experience. I specialize in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma recovery, and coping with life changes. I believe in providing a safe environment for healing and wholeness, treating everyone with respect and compassion. Our sessions and treatment plan are customized to meet your unique and specific needs. I embrace a holistic body-mind-spirit approach to therapy and utilize the following treatment modalities: Nervous System Regulation, Strengths-Based Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Breath Work, Emotional Freedom Technique, Bilateral Stimulation, Mindfulness, Yoga, Trauma Recovery, and Feedback Informed Therapy. Taking the first step to seeking a more peaceful and fulfilling life takes courage. I am here to effectively support you in that process. I believe we all are on a healing journey. There are times in our lives when we need some extra support and guidance for what is showing up. There is no trigger or trauma too big or small to safely process and bring into wholeness. The transforming power of Jesus and the Holy Spirit in my own life, combined with the experience I have gained through my healing journey from childhood trauma, encourages and empowers me to offer a safe space to facilitate healing and wellness for others. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from Grand Canyon University in 1992. While working full-time as a Social Worker, and completing two internships, I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University in 1997. After two years of clinical supervision I became a Certified Independent Social Worker in 2000, which converted to Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2004. Furthermore, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist–Individual (CCTSI) through Trauma Institute International. Heather Wiest — LCSW, E-RYT®500, YACEP®, CCTSI — is beyond blessed to LOVE, SERVE and INSPIRE her family and community as a Christ-Centered Yoga Teacher, Retreat Leader, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and contributing author. Her holistic sessions and classes are engaging and rejuvenating, leaving one feeling balanced and inspired. Heather aims to curate memorable experiences, whether individually or collectively. Love Serve Inspire LLC was founded in 2018 to encompass all of Heather’s experience and skills as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Christ-Centered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Trauma Specialist. Heather’s busy life as a wife, mother, and guide, encourages her to find the pause — embracing every moment of connection, presence, and peace. A passionate, yet simple girl at heart, you can find Heather breathing in another radiant sunrise or sunset in her Arizona backyard, or while traveling the world.
