I utilize a variety of therapy modalities and my approach really depends on you and your comfort level. No matter the approach, I will work to help you with your unique dilemmas and issues. I have worked with a diverse group of clients including adults, adolescents and children. That have a broad range of concerns including, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, ADHD, parenting issues, family issues, life transition issues and grief.
