I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in empowering clients to overcome stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, improve motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue, which is often overlooked for caregivers and professionals in helping fields. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will meet you where you’re at, earn your trust to ensure a transformative therapeutic relationship. I tailor my treatment to each client, as there is no one size fits all for successful therapy. While all of this sounds very serious and I’m a therapy nerd at heart, I try to make therapy a fun experience when appropriate. I never want my clients to dread their sessions. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am so proud of you for getting started!
