A little about me: I have 25 years of clinical experience, and always give my clients the time and attention they deserve. I have a holistic approach which usually includes working with mind, body, and spirit (certified in mental health integrative medicine). In my personal life I’m quite spiritual and tend to bring that aspect into my work. My clients typically experience profound changes and personal growth during therapy with me and beyond as they go on with their life journeys.
