Georgianne Nacionales

I am licensed in Hawaii with over 8 years of professional work experience, post graduate degree. I have a Masters degree in Social Work (with a child and family concentration area) as well as a Masters degree in Special Education (with an applied behavior analysis concentration area). In total, I have worked with individuals from birth to eighty in my career, which includes nearly 20 years as a professional in the social services field. I have extensive experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My general approach to therapy starts as a conversation between the two of us in which we can address any concerns or needs that you feel are important. I approach every session with an open mind and do not judge you or your past. I want you to feel safe in the therapeutic relationship in order to help with growth. My goal as a therapist, is to help you feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process while addressing your specific needs. I truly believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I applaud you for it. I am simply here to support you in that process, whatever it may look like for you.
