I am licensed in Florida with 7 years of professional work experience dealing with mental health, substance abuse and any concerning issues a client might face. I have a wide array of experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, decision-making skills, communication, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, and depression. These are just to name a few. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you on a day-to-day basis. I am here to work with you, support you, and empower you in that process to achieve your goals and live the life you want. My therapy style Is very open and inviting. Client can tell me anything because I’m non-judgmental and here to help. Everybody has their story and each client is unique. My approach is also unique and tailored to each client.
