I am a licensed professional counselor, (LPC) who has over 50 years experience working with families and 7 years of professional work experience as a clinical therapist. As a clinician/therapist, my intention is to help my clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, gain motivation, improve their self esteem, and help them gain self- confidence. If you are dealing with depression, suicidal thoughts, or self harm, I can help! Please friend, don’t give up on yourself!! Your life is not over. Your story is just now being written. I desire to help you unpack anything that is holding you back from accomplishing your goals and reaching your highest potential. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you inherently have so many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
