Warm greetings! I am licensed in New Jersey with many years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety and coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and evidenced-based treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. We will meet using Betterhelp’s virtual platform with audio and video, making our meetings more convenient for you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Our first session will go over what to expect while working together, going over demographic information (like that at a doctors’ office) and answering questions you may have. We will use evidenced based modalities to help identify goals while also taking into account the skills and barriers so we can utilize the best plan possible. That being said, it is important that we remain consistent with appointments. Since the more we put into the process the more we get out. Also, sometimes there are issues and needs you may have that are beyond my scope of expertise, you may need a higher level of care, or you may need paperwork, notes, assessments, or any type of documentation. In those cases, a referral to another provider may be necessary as we want to make sure you get the best care possible and for me to remain compliant and follow the rules of the platform, the state, and my licensing board. In the spirit of openness and transparency, I encourage questions about any policy or procedure so we can effectively achieve the goals you set in our sessions.
