Although most of my work as professional these past 3 years has been geared toward helping teenagers with issues of depression and anxiety, I have also done extensive healing work with men from faith communities. As a husband and father, I can relate to your challenges. Together, we’ll understand the root of your struggles—financial pressures, relationship disconnections, or lack of clear purpose. You’ll learn coping skills for stress, grow self-aware of your strengths, practice healthy boundaries, and explore solutions that honor your values.
