I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina with over 12 years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families. Since earning my Master of Arts in Counseling from Columbia International University in 2011, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including schools, family shelters, health clinics, community mental health agencies, and faith-based organizations. My work is centered around helping people navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships—with themselves and with others. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, family or relational conflict, and parenting struggles. I believe that the quality of our lives is deeply connected to the quality of our relationships. Our family of origin sets the foundation for how we relate to others, but those early patterns can be understood and reshaped. In our present relationships—with partners, friends, and even within ourselves—we have powerful opportunities to heal and grow. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. These perspectives help me identify relational patterns and guide clients toward insight, connection, and lasting change. I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where you can be seen, supported, and empowered.
