I am licensed in New Mexico and Missouri with 6 years of professional work experience and 3.5 years of clinical practice. I am a certified Tele-Mental Health provider who offers a holistic, integrative, clinical approach to help clients in grief and loss, stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, relationship issues, personal growth, and better overall mental health. I also offer couples counseling, incorporating Gottman and Brief Solution-Focused methods. I strive to create a safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement. I am committed to helping clients acquire the tools to help themselves as they work towards creating a happier, more fulfilling life.
