I am licensed in Maryland with 17 years of experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, anger management, motivation, & self esteem. I am flexible and work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I graduated with a BA in Psychology from Westminster College, prior to completing the MA program in Community Counseling at Marymount University. I am a proud Rotarian, and believe that being of service to others is an important part of the human experience. I have served on a number of nonprofit boards in the community that focus on assisting children who have suffered abuse, children in the foster care system, adults with developmental disabilities, and individuals struggling with housing and food insecurity. I have also served on a board focused on supporting LGBTQ+ community. In my free time I enjoy reading, watching true crime, and exercising.
