I am dual-licensed in Washington State in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders with over 15 years of professional work experience with individuals and couples. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, Depression, relationship issues, women’s issues, HAES (health at every size), motivation, self esteem, addiction, and PTSD. I am foundationally trained in DBT as well as CBT and have experience utilizing Solution-Focused Therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), REBT, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe that effective counseling requires a give-and-take approach between therapist and client . It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling existence and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. ****Please be aware- currently, I can only see clients for morning and mid-afternoon appointments- I don’t work weekends or evenings.
