I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. My therapeutic approach is primarily client-centered and integrative, meaning I tailor treatment strategies to each individual’s unique needs by drawing from various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused brief therapy, prioritizing a collaborative and supportive environment where you actively participate in identifying and addressing your concerns to achieve meaningful change.
