I am a License Professional Counselor and a License Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families to help them find resolutions. I have worked with individual that have a wide range of concerns that include addiction, communication issues, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting problems, career challenges and anger management. I have also helped individuals who struggle with managing their emotions and those suffering from grief and loss. My therapy style is compassionate and engaging. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and acceptance commitment therapy. I am committed to helping you overcome you difficulties.
