Emily Scott

I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Colorado and Massachusetts with over 5 years of experience working with youth and their families, fertility issues and women’s issues, family conflict, and more. As a social worker, I believe in the core values of social justice, dignity and worth of a person and importance of human relationships, and carry these values with me to every client I have the privilege of sitting with. I have worked with clients with a wide range of ages and concerns, ranging from ages 4-50, and including depression, anxiety, fertility struggles, grief and loss, adoption, family of origin issues, career concerns and more. My therapy style is warm, dynamic and open. I believe in holding space for your growth and potential to unfold, and in treating every human I work with with the utmost respect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered modalities, psychodynamic and systems theories. Every person is unique, and I tailor my practice to best suit your needs.
