I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with 8 years of professional work experience working with both individuals and couples. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with career difficulties. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and together we will create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am honored to work alongside you on this journey. Please note: I am going on maternity leave in mid-October. You have the right to choose who you work with, so if you are concerned about that timeline, then you are able to choose another therapist through your drop down menu on your account. If you would still like to work together, then just know we’ll have a plan in place before I’m out of the office for your continued care. If you need help with a referral then let me know!
