I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia with over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Providing multicultural mental health and addiction treatment. Specializing in trauma, including racial, historical and generational trauma, anxiety and depression. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Taking a holistic approach to mental health care, I listen without judgment, and will work with you to get the most out of life, no matter your circumstances. My approach to therapy uses an integrated theoretical orientation incorporating various research supported therapies as I strive to help my clients integrate all aspects of well-being within themselves.
