I am a High-Performance Coach in Austin, Texas and I help people get results they weren’t finding from traditional therapy. I have over 14 years of experience as a Performance Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor providing coaching and psychotherapy services in the US and abroad. I work with athletes, leaders, creators and truth seekers to provide understanding of how they’re wired and ultimately how to conquer their minds. This approach is for the sincere individual who is desiring mastery in their craft and personhood; for those who want to experience their optimal level of energy, an inner-knowing of confident peace and enjoyment as they pursue their passion and purpose. My approach is simultaneously supportive and challenging. We work together to understand and remove what’s preventing you from getting to the next level. Clients learn to separate from their thoughts and emotions, own the present moment and align their days with their ultimate life theme that’s specific to the nature of the individual.
