Eleni Speropulos

I am a licensed family and marriage therapist in the state of Oregon. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, codependency, self-esteem, parenting struggles, grief and loss, ADHD, and career challenges. I also have experience with people who have lived through trauma such as abuse or neglect. My therapy style is relaxed, interactive, and warm. I treat everyone with respect, dignity, and empathy. My approach combines attachment based, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, dialectical behavior, existential, and trauma focused modalities. It is important for the client to have a voice in their treatment, so we come up with an individualized plan to address their concerns. It is brave to seek help, and start the process of change. I know you are more than capable of processing your pain and healing. My role is to provide support, skills, and a safe place for you to grow.
