If you’ve been unsure about therapy for a while and don’t quite know what to expect then you’ve come to the right place. I’m Egypt, a licensed clinical social worker based in Georgia. I look forward to navigating the uncertainty of therapy and answer any questions you may have along the way. While my primary focus is working with women who may be going through life transitions; I work with all adults who may need some additional support. Life can be challenging, with the demands of school, parenting, work and especially relationships! These stressors can sometimes impact our daily functioning. You may find yourself more irritable or anxious. Or you may find yourself feeling unsure if anything you’re doing is right! I’ve been there! My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration and evidence-based practices. My ultimate goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
