I’m licensed in Alabama, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Indiana, and Virginia, and I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and self-esteem struggles through a Christian-centered approach. I offer a compassionate, integrative healing process that combines proven therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR, with spiritual guidance rooted in faith.
