I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with adolescents, individuals, and families facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, confidence, and family conflicts. Beyond therapy, I am also the author of two books, a public speaker, and a resilience coach. I specialize in helping people overcome adversity and build emotional strength.
