Therapy is a journey you use to better your life. I will be your guide. I will help you to identify your needs and work towards your goal. I am a licensed LPC and have a background in marriage and family therapy and also work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and other emotional states. I have worked with several different psychiatric diagnoses across most age groups in my few years of experience. My approach combines attachment styles with solution focused therapy. I do try to integrate several different strategies and techniques into our sessions to keep it interactive and beneficial to you.
