I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with over 10 years of experience working as a Social Worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress. anxiety, panic disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia, grief and loss. My counseling style is caring and compassionate. I believe in being caring, pleasant, sensitive, but direct. My therapeutic approach includes using a combination of different approaches including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution focused, and motivational interviewing.
