I believe that everyone deserves the chance to be happy, unfortunately challenges in life prevent us from achieving the happiness that we seek. My goal is to help others achieve their happiness. My name is Dennies Libert I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York. I have practiced as a Psychotherapist for the past 13 years. I have also worked with individuals and families to address adjustment issues. I also have experiences working with adult men and women with self-esteem issues, substance abuse issues, anger, depression and trauma. I am client centered and my therapeutic approached includes the use of use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I received my master’s degree in Social Work from the Yeshiva University in New York City in 2003. My counseling style is warm and engaging. I create a supportive caring atmosphere in my work to foster trust and comfort as I am aware how difficult it could be to be vulnerable and talk about personal issues that affects all of us.
