My down-to-earth style emphasizes collaboration, safety, and a touch of humor as we work together to navigate challenges and build resilience. I am a LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) in Massachusetts and an LCSW in Michigan with 30+ years of professional experience. I have experience in helping clients of varying ages with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, business coaching and confidence. I work with clients ages 13-90. I am a firm believer in active participation with my clients that fit’s their communication and learning style. I am also uniquely qualified, as a former executive and non profit leader, to coach, support and empower leaders in all industries by providing a personalized approach designed to enhance leadership skills, improve performance, and achieve professional goals.
