I have 30 years experience in the areas of correctional counseling and vocational rehabilitation counseling. I have worked with clients who have had concern in areas such as depression, anxiety, dependency, career challenges, PTSD, ADHD and ADD. My counseling style is interactive, empowering and engaging. My approach utilizes client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I look forward to assisting anyone towards improving their life and would to be excited to share in their journey of self discovery and full self potential.
