Your voice matters, and I am here to listen without judgment. For 21 years I have collaborated with clients to feel heard and to improve their lives through therapy. I am licensed in Massachusetts have experience in helping to manage stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, ADHD, OCD, as well as survivors of abuse and trauma. My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy with more “holistic” approaches including “energy psychology’ techniques. No matter what you’ve been through in your life, I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My therapy style is warm, welcoming and at times includes a touch of humor.
