I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and behavior issues. I also work with people that have experienced trauma. I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT to specifically work with trauma. My belief is that counseling should revolve around what you want to accomplish, and we will set goals based on the outcomes that you are hoping for yourself. Everything is connected and your mental health is as important as your physical health. Seeking therapy is the first step towards achieving your goals and if you are reading this now you have already started your journey. I look forward to working with you and learning more about your struggles and hopes for your future.
