My 10+ years of experience has given me the opportunity to work with people in crisis, while others I have assisted, lived with the daily obstacles associated with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The majority of my experience has been with individuals experiencing stress, sudden life changes, anxiety and depression and issues related to being transgender or queer. My therapeutic approach is highly eclectic and incorporates theory and process ranging from psychodynamic , cognitive behavioral, solution focussed therapy to and rational emotive therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
