About Cristina Lopez-Mera

My name is Cristina and I have been a mental health counselor for over 19 years. I have worked with clients ages 3 to 81. My specialties are personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and abuse, adjustment disorder and sex therapy. I utilize mindfulness techniques with clients that are interested in learning relaxation skills. I am a certified yoga instructor as well.
