My own journey with trauma, depression, and anxiety inspired me to help others facing similar challenges. This lived experience allows me to connect deeply and empathize with those I work with. With over 10 years in the mental health field, I’ve supported survivors of domestic violence, individuals reentering society after incarceration, those grieving the loss of loved ones, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people living with severe and persistent mental health conditions, including trauma and schizophrenia. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s a powerful step toward healing. Growth isn’t always linear—so be gentle with yourself as you explore this process. I’m here to support you with compassion and curiosity as you discover your resilience. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
