I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida with over 17 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy, in-office and both residential and outpatient settings with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship and parenting issues, teen concerns, LGBT, and a wide range of challenges including grief/loss, insomnia, addiction, trauma, abuse, bipolar, as well as personal growth, adjustment issues, and crisis. My Counseling style is warm, compassionate and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion and loving kindness. My approach combines solution focused, cognitive behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
