I am licensed in Florida with 21 years of professional psychotherapy experience. I have helped clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. As a therapist, my role is to be a focused listener, as well as a fellow traveler in life. I believe that you can learn to have healthy self-compassion and grow into your strengths.
