Christina Laydon

Hello, my Name is Christina Laydon and I am an LICSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), in the state of Massachusetts . I have been working with individuals and families for 23 years and love what I do. I have worked with individuals in both in-patient and out-patient settings, who have struggled with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood issues, OCD, relationship issues, and parenting problems . My counseling style is respectful and interactive. I really strive to have my clients feel comfortable and listened to. I believe in working together to try and identify desired treatment goals and manageable steps to achieve them. I meet my clients where they are at and offer guidance and suggestions when needed, but also really listen to what they want to work on and what is important to them. My approach combines a variety of treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Psycho-education. Each treatment plan will be designed to meet my client’s specific needs and concerns. I am so glad that you have taken this step towards taking charge and making some lasting changes in your life.
