Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I am Christina Ashby, a licensed therapist, I’m so happy that you reached out for help. I have been in the ministry of helping individuals, families and couples most of my adult life. I strive to meet people where they are, help them understand their strengths, and aid in the empowerment of taking charge of and developing their lives. I do all of this while incorporating the client’s spiritual beliefs into treatment in order to holistically address their needs. My availability is found by clicking on the schedule tab. Remember, people are complex and wonderful creations, it can be messy figuring things out. So, I will be with you through this journey! P.S. Some notes on your part: 1. Make sure you are in Texas, and I know where you are. If you leave the state, we have to postpone sessions. 2. Your family situation B. Any individual and family past mental health diagnosis’ and medications you are on with mg. C. Describe briefly your social support right now. D. Tell me briefly of any traumas you have in your story. E. Any relevant medical conditions that affect your mental well-being. F. Any developmental delays growing up. G. Any substance abuse or addictions that are relevant for us. H. What your strengths and limitations are. F. Finally, more specifics on your presenting problem.
